Payment and Pricing

All orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement via bank/wire transfer or PayPal. Please note that ownership of goods will only pass to the customer upon receipt of full payment. Our prices are always displayed in USD, and we provide the option to convert to your local currency for your convenience. Express courier shipping to your designated address upon request and for additional cost.

We understand that circumstances may change, which is why we offer valid non-standard product quotes for up to 28 days. However, please be advised that we reserve the right to adjust quotes if necessary. Additionally, we may make changes to our pricing, subject to any typing errors. In the event that we need to cancel a contract, we do so without releasing the customer from their obligation to pay.

Samples

Customers within the US can receive free shipping for their sample card, while those outside the US can email us for a quote to cover the cost of international shipping. Please select which card you would like to receive as a sample and we will send you a company generic card for your reference and approval. The sole purpose of the sample is to confirm the quality and to feel the product in person, once you are satisfied with the sample you will have the option to go through all the proper steps to get a design approved and moved to the manufacturing process.

Before we commence production, we require your approval of our digital design proof, which includes the terms and conditions stated on our website. Our laser technology ensures that your design is etched onto the metal card with unmatched precision and accuracy. The engraved metals lend a touch of class and sophistication to your business cards, making them perfect for organizations looking to make a lasting impression with their branding. Our computer-controlled laser ensures that the designs are consistent, and the engravings are permanent, guaranteeing that they can be used for years on end. We reserve the right to use any materials you submit for promotional purposes while maintaining utmost discretion to revise and alter those materials. By approving our digital design proof, you agree to relinquish any copyright or intellectual property rights to Swift Metal Business Cards.

Order Placement

Before placing an order, we encourage you to read and understand our terms and conditions. To place an order, simply visit our website and upload your artwork, selecting the desired features for your card. Once payment is received, we will send you a digital proof for final approval. At this stage, you will have the opportunity to make any necessary revisions before your order is processed. 

Delivery and Shipping 

Our card production process typically takes 7 to 12 business days after design approval. Delivery times vary depending on your location, order specifications, and existing commitments. Although we provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates unless they are confirmed in writing. If there are any delays due to third-party subcontractors or couriers, we shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by you or any other party. 

We use trusted courier services such as FedEx, USPS and UPS to deliver your metal cards. Before dispatching, we thoroughly check your order to ensure the best quality. All shipments come fully insured but it is vital that you inspect and verify your package upon receipt to ensure that there is no damage or defect. In the event of any damage, you must sign and mark the delivery note as “damaged” and report the complaint to us within 24 hours of delivery. If there is no evidence of damage or any similar words indicating acceptance of delivery, you waive your right to claim for any future repairs or replacement, and no insurance claims can be made.

We are not responsible for any issues that arise due to incorrect delivery address, and return shipments will be charged to you. By placing your order with us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, and we will do our utmost to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our product and service.

Returns

In order to efficiently process returns, we ask that customers contact our Customer Service team before initiating a return. We require customers to provide a reasonable complaint against defective goods before any returns can be made. If the complaint is justified, we will arrange for the return of the goods. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning goods. 

Cancellation and Refund

In order to ensure the quality of our products, all orders are non-cancellable and not subject to refund. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that warrant a cancellation or refund request. In such cases, we will assess the request on a case-by-case basis, weighing the reasonableness of the request with our commitment to maintaining high standards for our products.

If a cancellation or partial cancellation is approved, Swift Metal Business Card reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative costs, such as those associated with deposit payments to the manufacturer and the ordering of raw materials. Additionally, per-unit costs may be adjusted based on any changes to the order quantity. Ultimately, all decisions regarding cancellations and refunds are at the discretion of Swift Metal Business Card.

Shipping Damages

In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please report it directly to the courier company responsible for the delivery. Swift Metal Business Card cannot be held liable for any damages incurred during shipping. It is important to inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages immediately to the courier company in order to file a claim.Complaint Process

We ask that all complaints be submitted in email within 10 working days after delivery, as any delay may result in the forfeiture of a claim.
